Hello, and welcome to my photography website, I am Rick L. St. John and American from Raleigh North Carolina, I am a semi-professional photographer living and working here in Ortigas Center, Pasig City Manila, the Philippines.

 

I started taking pictures in 1986 using my Minolta X-700 SLR film camera, and during that time found photography to be a very fun and exciting hobby. Over the years I have taken hundreds of photos, however in 1993 when I started my own communications company in North Carolina I found it necessary to take high resolution pictures of my work to help promote my business services to potential clients. It was at this time I started learning more about my Minolta X-700 SLR's manual settings, and started taking better, more professional pictures.

 

Today my Filipina wife Mary Jane Bangga and I together own WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. and we have found it benificial and in some cases necessary to take our own pictures of the hotels and resorts we are promoting on our Philippines travel websites.
